When renting a property, it is a very, very good idea to invest in some renter's insurance. This protects you from damages that may occur while you are in the home caused by weather, fire, and theft. These insurance policies generally range anywhere from $6.00 a month, to $75.00 a month, depending on the kind of coverage you'd like. You can even get a discount if you go through the company you use for your car insurance.

Happy New Year!

Here at All County Alamo Property Management, we’re ringing in the New Year (albeit a little late) with a bang! We’ve got a couple new properties on the market to start up 2015.

We currently have a duplex located outside Loop 1604 in San Antonio, and a 3 bedroom home in Universal City.

We hope to keep up the pace over the next few months, and bring in many more rentals. So here’s to a new year, and new opportunities!
